Creating different databases is the least of your problems.. i will put around a 70% assurity on the fact that the reason you cant get Perl to work with Apache, is because you are using WAMP...

WAMP / XAMP / LAMP

All of these things are BASIC TESTING platforms.. they will get you as far as "oh, it works" but the minute you move it to a REAL server you will be scratching your head wondering whats going on.. they just arent worth it.

i grabbed a 12" sub from cashconveters today, i have to make a 100w amp first and well, how about some quiet bass ambience at lans?

Maybe good for any consoles, otherwise it's likely to become a nuisance.
Also, make sure you use a cross-over on the amp inputs or the mids/highs will muddy your sound and stress your sub.
