SUBURBAN BOXING CLUB IS SITUATED IN THE CLAREMONT HEALTH AND FITNESS CENTRE IN ADELPHI ROAD, CLAREMONT.

Suburban Amateur Boxing Club are affiliated with Boxing Australia Inc. (Commonwealth and Olympic Body).

The club opens Mon-Friday between 6.00pm and 7.30pm. for all adults, girls and boys aged between 10 and 34 interested in competing or fitness. We have 4 accredited Australian Sports Commission trainers in our gym Mr. David Polley, Mr. Nathan Polley, Mr. Chris Polley and Mr. Tommy Barrow.

We also have a woman present at all training sessions. So parents can feel comfortable to leave young girls in their care.

We solely abide by the Boxing Tasmania Inc. Constitiution, Boxing Australia Inc and AIBA the world amateur boxing federation.

At the moment we have 15 full time male boxers in training and 6 females.

We have at least 7 who are undecided if they will compete or not.

The Suburban Club is the home of well known boxers Nathan Polley and Luke Jackson, and can offer up to date training and information.
