A LARGE quantity of explosives stolen from a Forestry Tasmania storage facility near Geeveston at the weekend has been found, police say.[/b]

Tasmania Police Inspector Mark Mewis said the explosives were found today following a search at a house in Geeveston.

A 25-year-old man is expected to be charged tonight over the find.

Some items remained missing but police were confident they would be found, Insp Mewis said.
