$100 Photo Competition

Hi All,

It's that time again. It's time for TassieChat to offer Money to those great supporters.

This comp involes uploading photos to TassieChat.com, and creating a wondering Gallery of pictures from around Tasmania.

Prizes:
1st - $50 Best voted Gallery of pictures from around Tasmania will Win
2nd - 2nd best voted Gallery will win $30
3rd - $20 - Random User that enters will win $20

To give others a chance of winning a prize, you can only win 1 prize.

For this competition to go ahead it is required that at least 10 people enter

Requirements for entering
-Photos that are uploaded are labelled correctly.
-Categories are created to organise photos correctly.

You agree that, Photos can be used by other members on the TassieChat forum and organised into the TassieChat Tasmanian Photos section.

How to Upload photos?
--> Click Photo Gallery Above
--> Click "Your Album link (http://tassiechat.com/photos/v/Member+Photos/{username})
Then use the buttons on the left side to Add a new Album, Add items etc.

Uploading photos in Bulk:
Goto http://gallery.menalto.com/wiki/Gallery_Remote and download a client to upload 100's of photos at once.

We're after photos that make Tasmania Tasmanian.
e.g. shops, photos around suburbs, main road streets,scenic views etc
What we don't want is a picture of your TV or a picture of your house. Get where I'm coming from?

Competition Will end on September the 1st.

Sounds like another great competition.. cant wait to see the entries that are submitted !!!

Wish i had known about this last night, i had a Great view of the storm.. was hoping someone would have uploaded some nice lightning shots by now, but haven't seen anything..

I wished I hadn't left my phone charger at work coz I would of had some good shots.

Now here's a Q. Does the photo have to be taken just in Tasmania? or does it have to show something Tasmanian?

Feel free to clean the photo up. Crop, cut resize etc. Darken lighten etc.

I think the idea is to create / fill as many galleries as you can.
The more the merrier style. however, make sure they are quality and truly show the tasmanian spirit (no pun intended.. feel free to post photos of the spirit if you have some nice ones !!)
