Pulp Mill 48 conditions

If you haven't heard yet. The Pulp mill has been Approved.

After all the fuss, without proper consideration they've approved it.

I'm not someone that follows the Pulp mill debate closely however I do believe they didn't get enough long term information for such a large project.

$2 Billion ! come on seriously. 100 different arguements come into my head on what else the money could be spent on and why the pulp mill is wrong.

These people are not scientists, they are politicians.. I can only imagine they didn't request all the right information.

Personally not opposed to mass development, However, tasmania has survived since its settlement without a pulpmill.

Great i guess, until the mill is complete, and the demand for an extra 3,500 trades qualified people cannot be met in Tasmania

They even state that they will have trouble getting the funds.

Really, the article doesnt tell us anything we didn't already know about the whole thing, just that its a go ahead, would have been nice to see a list of the 48 restrictions implied...
