I recommend using the standard pop.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com as per the instructions above.
you can use pop.tassiechat.com and smtp.tassiechat.com however it comes up with a warnings with some pop clients.

Yes you have one called "tak" you can also setup forwarding once you login.
