Blank DVD's:
DVD's I recommend are the "PRINCO" brand, these can be found on ebay at very cheap prices.

Yup, i used to get my cases off of ebay, the clear ones are much nicer than the black ones, the plastic tends to be less britle / flimsy.

and go the princo A grade discs, they are nice.
