We've got a rental for now, but hope to buy soon. The flaming Ozzy dollar is a bit strong at the moment so waiting for it to weaken up a bit then transfer house sale proceeds over. So stop spending you lot!!!

Yeah, it may be a case of buy now while the price is low, wait much longer your going to be paying more, though what goes up must come down.. just not so sure how long it will take.

so much for the labour government ruining our economy again, though someone has to do something about the interest rate hikes, i think the bank will keep it up until the government decides to try and stop them, its crap.

We decided to shut our eyes and transfer our money over, got a really shite rate compared to past rates but what the hell. We've only gone and bought a bloody house!!! I've heard that when you put roots down in Tas you grow a second head is this true? If so gonna have to buy another hat
